DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50 across Walero Active, selected Walero Motorsport and our merchandise collection.
Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £4.95, with delivery in 1-3 working days.
At the moment, we only ship within the UK.
If you're ever unsure about delivery options for a specific product, the details will be shown clearly on each product page.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new pieces without the wait.
Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you always have 30 days from delivery date to decide whether you want to keep your order or return it. All UK orders are free of charge.
We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt and include all labels. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted. This includes items in any way damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on). So, treat your products with care please. The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed, such as our underwear.
All Walero Active orders from Walero Ltd should be returned to Walero following the instructions below or as stated in your email confirmation.
How to return
You are welcome to return orders for any reason within 30 days free of charge from the date of delivery. We will refund you within 14 days through the same payment method you used to make the initial payment.

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email with your 2 labelling options.
1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.
2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.
Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.
When will you receive your refund?
Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
